Policies & Wellness Experience
At Sabrina's Spa Shop, every service is thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful, restorative, and personalized wellness experience. To help maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that the following policies be observed.

All services are by appointment only.

A deposit is required for all services and special events.

Deposits help reserve your dedicated treatment time and are non-refundable for cancellations without at least 24-hour notice or no-show appointments. Otherwise, retainers will be applied toward your scheduled service total.

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to relax and prepare for your service.

Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time in order to accommodate scheduled appointments.

To preserve the calming wellness environment, we kindly ask that phones remain silenced during treatments whenever possible.

Please notify your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment.

To maintain a peaceful and restorative environment, additional guests or children not receiving services should be discussed in advance whenever possible.
