Policies & Wellness Experience

At Sabrina's Spa Shop, every service is thoughtfully designed to provide a peaceful, restorative, and personalized wellness experience. To help maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all guests, we kindly ask that the following policies be observed.

• All services are by appointment only

• A retainer is required for all services and special events

• Deposits help reserve your dedicated treatment time and are non-refundable for cancellations without at least 24-hour notice or no-show appointments. Otherwise, retainers will be applied toward your scheduled service total

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time to relax and prepare for your service

• Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment time in order to accommodate scheduled appointments

• To preserve the calming wellness environment, we kindly ask that phones remain silenced during treatments whenever possible

• Please notify your esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, pregnancy, medications, or recent cosmetic procedures prior to treatment

• To maintain a peaceful and restorative environment, additional guests or children not receiving services should be discussed in advance whenever possible
